The skate shoes a client was wearing
On Friday afternoon I was in my office with one of my clients. I have been in the loan business for close to 11 years and am co-owner of Make-room mortgage outside of the city of San Diego. The client I was speaking with was a younger guy in his mid-20s. Years ago he had inherited a small condo and wanted to remortgage it. One thing I noticed about this fellow was that he was wearing the same exact skate shoes that my wife bought her nephew three weeks before. As it turned out he was qualified for the mortgage that he wanted.
