Neighbour came over to use the internet
Yesterday my neighbour came over to use my internet. He said he is looking for mma in Sutherland shire area. He said he needs to improve his strength and conditioning, his flexibility and his overall health. He also mentioned he wanted to do some self defence training. We searched the net and found about three gyms in the area. They all seemed to offer martial arts training, a weights and fitness program and several other things. Each gym had different membership options and trial deals so it turned out to be a good bit of internet searching because it gave my neighbour a good idea of what is available in the area.
