Romantic Comedies Make Me Want to Be More Cultured
How many romantic comedies have you seen where the two go out on a date to an art gallery? Or at the very least where two people MEET at an art gallery? As a single guy, I have to exhaust every possibility to meet new people. Bars aren’t really doing it for me lately, but it seems that, according to romantic comedies, art galleries are the place where I need to be hitting up. Sure, I can go out and try and make some friends at an art gallery, but one problem remains. I know absolutely nothing about art. I’ve been checking out some best art and famous art list collections online lately to try and spruce up on the essentials of what to bring up to an artsy brunette with a beret named Monique at my nearest gallery and I think I’m going to be fine…I think. Picasso’s the dude whose stuff looks better from far away and cut off his ear, right?
