Network Solutions offer codes and customer service experience

I called Network Solutions’ customer service yesterday and I just wanted to let everyone know how positive my experience was. I had a fairly major problem that was completely my fault and I was worried that they wouldn’t want to help me with it because of that. I was completely wrong. From the second the customer service answered the phone, which was very quickly and included no time waiting on hold despite the fact that I called at peak hours, the customer service rep was polite and helpful. He understood the problem right away despite the fact that it was fairly complex and was able to fix it swiftly and easily. He made no mention of the fact that the problem was my fault and never once did he need to talk to a manager to get permission to rectify the problem.
