While weather resistance fabrics on some of the today’s outdoor pieces is an important thing to have it is not just about the fabric. In many cases, if the fabric can hold up to the test of time but the furniture itself is falling apart, then what good is it. The Outdoor Furniture needs to be constructed of materials that can withstand the harsh elements. Many pieces of furniture designed for outdoor use was often teak wood. While this is a great weather resistant material that is still widely used, other mold and mildew resistant plastics as well as rust resistant metals are also being used as well with great success.
