Doing What We Can To Make The Customer Happy
I work at an electrical parts stores and we get electrician in the store all the time purchasing parts for jobs. The other day an electrician came in looking to purchase 2 federal pacific circuit breakers. We normally have them in stock but some how we ran out and none were reordered. I told my boss what he wanted and he came out and spoke to the gentleman. We ordered them and told him they would be in the next day if he was still interested. The inventory clerk was reprimanded for not following up on missing inventory. I didn’t want to get him in trouble but we could have loss business.
