Non-specific back pain is pretty prevalent in our culture. We sit a lot, and we sit with poor posture, slumping into our lower backs. Even when we stand, we don’t use our core muscles and so we have poor posture that shows. It’s no wonder that we get back pain, often in our lower back when we stand up. It’s not bad in itself. In fact, it’s a symptom that our lifestyle is hurting us. It can be the impetus we need to make some changes.
