Our back2life review

Non-specific back pain is pretty prevalent in our culture. We sit a lot, and we sit with poor posture, slumping into our lower backs. Even when we stand, we don’t use our core muscles and so we have poor posture that shows. It’s no wonder that we get back pain, often in our lower back when we stand up. It’s not bad in itself. In fact, it’s a symptom that our lifestyle is hurting us. It can be the impetus we need to make some changes. Our back2life review in almost any previous generation before us were more active than we are. They had to be just to accomplish the tasks of everyday life. So take note of the pain you feel, especially if it’s not related to any injury or illness, and let it guide you into making some lifestyle choices that will help you be more healthy and feel better.
