Hardgainer Muscle Building Tips
I have done this with all my previous attempts at learning how a hardgainer builds muscle. The one thing I was able to do was gain good lean muscle while still losing the stubborn belly fat. Mind you I always did mine before breakfast (a la Bill Phillips), which runs a bit contrary to what Sean has said about having something to eat first, so since I am on Sean’s routine, and I am trying it his way, and see the results after 12 weeks. Then I will report back. Personally I could care less about the body-weight, and focus solely on the body fat percentage. I am at @206 lbs with 18% ( started out at 20%) now for the past six weeks, yet I am getting stronger all the time. Eventually the fat will have to give up the ghost, and if I can make it to 10% body fat still at @200lbs. I will feel I made a success.
