Five Main Exercises
There are five main exercises that are recommended you do on a daily basis to help you firm and tone the skin. The main one is for the circular muscles around your mouth. You place one finger on each corner of your mouth and gently pull your mouth open. It may seem like you are stretching the muscles out and then wonder how it helps if you are stretching the muscles. However in actuality the contraction and relaxation of the skin tones the muscles instead of stretching them. Just remember with any and all facial exercises to lubricate your skin whether with water or oil before you begin.
