Effective New Non-Surgical Treatment for Enlarged Prostate

There is a revolutionary new treatment for men suffering from BPH, or Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.  It is a non-surgical treatment that is less invasive than some of the more traditional methods.  It is called Cooled ThermoTherapy technology and is a catheter-based treatment that uses microwave energy to heat and destroy enlarged prostate tissue.  In order to protect healthy tissue and keep the patient comfortable a cooling technique is used.  This method is very different from the more acceptable methods of treatment, but it has proved to be very effective for a large percentage of patients.  If you or someone you know is experiencing the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, see a urologist to discuss the merits of this non-surgical treatment.
