Anxiety And Stomach Problems

I have suffered from anxiety for many years and when it started affecting my stomach I started to get worried and made an appointment with my doctor.  She told me that I had irritable bowel syndrome that is sometimes induced by stress. She recommended that I read Diet for IBS and it had a lot of helpful information in it. It was written by people that had experienced the same symptoms that I had. It didn’t take me very long to begin to feel better after I started trying some of the tips that were in the book and within weeks I felt like I was back to normal.
