Taking Care In a Hectic World

With a busy schedule that keeps me from taking time out for myself these days, my body has taken a few hits.  One of my main concerns is the constant back pain I deal with on a daily basis.  This back pain is usually the result of my sciatica flaring up.  So how do I stop sciatica in it’s tracks?  Simple, diet and exercise.  Even with my busy day I need to take time to stop and relax, work on getting my diet right and make time for working out.  Even a short strength training routine of 10 minutes a day is enough to relieve the pain and keep me going.
