putting meals together
putting together meals is just not my thing right now. i need to learn to cook more i do know that. i can put together the basics but beyond that i am lost. i guess when you are eating for fuel you do noy really need taste too much right. that is not good though because food caxn be a social thing some times. i love eating dinner with my family but i would like to be able to prepare some thing nice for them too. i need simple recipes for fat loss that will not over whelm me too much.
