my poor shoulders
my shoulders are feeling their age these days man. i have to be really carefull how i workout now because there are times when i feel like i am going to blow out my shoulder. this happens when i am flat bench pressing. this is why i can not stress enough how important it is to perform warm up sets before you go head first into working sets of any lifts. it saves me ever time that i workout. i will do 3 to 4 sets of warm ups some of the time. these warm up setts will reduce abdominal fat also.
