Cardboard breakfast

Oatmeal is believed to be a very useful thing to eat when trying to boost your metabolism. It is preached as one of the most effective metabolism foods. It is not something I would really easy until I found this out but after a few helpings of it I can see why the body uses it as a workout to process and digest this stuff. The truth is it is like eating soggy cardboard, not that I have tried this, but you know what I mean. The texture is thick and lumpy and I can’t see why anyone would eat this stuff unless they were enduring it as part of a diet like I am.
