Acai Berry Powder With Fruit

I have checked out many diet solutions and acai berries have definitely come up trumps. When to have acai has been the question so I did a little experimenting. Too late in the day and you are left with loads of energy at bed-time so what I tend to do is sprinkle my acai berry powder on fresh fruit in the morning. Add a little natural yogurt and you are good to go. The results are truly amazing because you are left with huge energy for the early part of your day which continues throughout the day until at least lunch time. A little top up at lunch is great and bang..watch the kilos start to fall off.
