Observations on How to Produce a Webinar

My nephew called yesterday to ask me for any advice I could give on how to produce a webinar.  I shared some of the observations I have made from attending webinars, such as those really heavy in power point presentations tend to be boring and tedious.  The ones I have enjoyed the most kept me visually engaged with graphics and such, like with slides.  My best advice was to make it stimulating to hold the viewer’s attention and to make it easy to access, especially if he intended to charge for the viewing.  I don’t like to have to download anything to be able to view them.
