Our Son Saw A german helmet On Display
Our son has always had a huge interest in history and in our heritage. Because my mother and father lived in Germany and have quite a few memories of the war, my son has grown up hearing about the country and its history. When our son recently saw a german helmet on display in a museum in New York City, he came home feeling very inspired to learn even more about the history of the war. He was very touched by what he saw, and feels that he wants to begin collecting this and other memorabilia from the war as part of his learning process.
